Yes, we have any of the three options available, including financing for purchases.
Will your modular medical facilities meet code requirements for my state?
Our modular medical facilities are ADA accessible and will be designed specifically to meet your state’s regulatory compliance issues and to meet the requirements for State Licensure and Medicare Certification.
Is a flat location required to place a modular medical facility, or can there be sloping of the terrain?
While as flat of a location is preferred, sloping locations can be accommodated.
What are the limitations of a modular medical facility versus a brick-and-mortar building?
There are no limitations other than a speedier delivery of a precisely-built, standardized-construction, modular medical facility.
Can the modular medical facility be reconfigured once it is installed?
Yes, within reason and as long as it is approved by your state’s health department.
Can a modular medical facility remain on site indefinitely?
Yes, it can be used for temporary use indefinitely. A permanent facility can be made to look ascetically identical or close to the original host facility.
How long will it take between the time I order a modular medical facility and it is delivered?
Typically it takes about 4 months to manufacture, deliver and erect on your medical facility’s campus. Larger or multiple units can be built simultaneously depending on the size of the order.
What utilities are needed?
Power, domestic water, fire line water and sewer are typically provided to within 5’ of the modular medical facility. However, exceptions are sometimes needed to be made within reason.
Can the modular facility come equipped with medical gas?
Yes, it can or possibly tie into an existing system.
What equipment do I need to purchase to make my modular medical facility complete?
The host medical facility usually has and provides their own equipment. However, and depending upon what equipment is required or needed, we can provide the equipment upon request.
What makes our modular medical facility superior to other units available?

Our modular medical facilities are always looking to improvements to incorporate any new features and upgrades coming onto the market. We also provide an ‘upgrade path for future implementation’ of new advances in telemedicine and computer technology in providing a robust wired infrastructure.
Is technical support provided after installation?
Yes, we certainly provide free technical support during the warranty period, (one or two years depending on the contract). However, we will always be available to assist in any resolution of any technical problem even after the warranty period as a courtesy to our customers.
Is there a guarantee that the modular medical facility I order will be what I ordered?
We will work with you to insure that your requirements are met and more importantly that the regulatory requirements are satisfied so that your Unit can be in compliance for the health care regulations of your specific location. We will provide a very detailed set of plans and specifications to insure that the requirements are defined. We will guarantee that we will meet these exact requirements.
In addition to modular medical buildings, what else can be provided?
We can provide most any types of buildings. To name a few: offices, training facilities, educational, military, SCIF (secure compartmented information facility), dormitory, government, etc.
